Please note that room hire is available only for guests staying in our accommodation, visitors using our Natural Burial Site, or those holding sustainability-related events, courses or meetings.

Bespoke day courses
Working with our Courses Team, we can help design and deliver a course tailored to your group’s needs.
Self-led day hire
Perfect for meetings, workshops, talks and training sessions. Our Courses Team will help coordinate your booking.
Private overnight functions
Available exclusively to guests staying in our accommodation and managed by our Accommodation Team.
Funeral gatherings
A peaceful and respectful space for families using our Natural Burial Ground, coordinated by our Burials Team.
The Green Room
Our modern Green Room is a bright, comfortable conference and meeting space located next to The Beech Café.
Capacity: Up to 50 people
Hire Rates
- Half Day (9:00am–1:00pm or 1:00pm–5:00pm): £300
- Full Day (9:00am–5:00pm): £600

Catering
The Beech Café can provide delicious buffet catering featuring organic, Fairtrade, vegetarian and vegan food.
Whether you’re organising a meeting, workshop or celebration, the café team will be happy to discuss a menu to suit your event.
Important information
- A refundable £100 damage deposit is required for most bookings.
- We are not licensed to conduct legal wedding ceremonies, although blessings and non-legally binding celebrations can be accommodated.
- Only acoustic music is permitted on site.
- Amplified music and drumming are not allowed.
- Music and celebrations must finish by 5:00pm.
- Alcohol may be provided for your guests but cannot be sold on site.
Booking process
- Submit your booking enquiry.
- We’ll review your requirements and arrange a site visit if appropriate.
- Once your booking is confirmed, a 25% deposit secures your date.
- The remaining balance is due three months before your event.
